| Bluepoints Marina at Port Canaveral is proud to announce that ground has been broken for a brand new, public access for rent marina, in the Port of Canaveral.
W & J Construction Corp. of Rockledge Fl. is the general contractor supervising the construction.
The design team, consisting of Coastal Systems International, TLC Engineering, Stephen Snow Architecture, Bellingham Marine and Marina Resource were instrumental in guiding the owners through the development and permitting process.
The facility, being built to be capable of withstanding 150 MPH wind loads, will have a completely enclosed rack storage building with a capacity for 588 boats up to 42 feet in length. Additionally there will be 26 wet slips available, each with a boatlift capable of accommodating a vessel up to 47 feet LOA, and weighing a maximum of 50,000 lbs. Coupled with a three bay service center, a fully stocked ships store, fueling availability and a restaurant, Bluepoints Marina at Port Canaveral will soon become the premier marina facility in Brevard County.
