The Operator Certification Program developed by Wiggins Lift Company for Bluepoints Marina at Port Canaveral exceeds OSHA Standards as the program not only covers OSHA Standards but also includes observation of individual operators while operating the Wiggins Marina Bull in its real time operational environment handling boats.
